About Us

Hanover Jr. Wildcats Football Inc. was formed in 2011 to provide the parents and children of Hanover Township an opportunity to join a program that will enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment.  Our youth football and cheer programs teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge that young people will use throughout their lives.  Our goal is to continue to fund-raise and gain community involvement in order to build a successful program year after year and also be the feeder program for the Hanover School Districts Middle and High School Teams!  

  • To encourage and increase youth participation in football & Cheerleading.
  • To ensure a safe and positive playing environment for all participants.
  • To instill life-long values of teamwork, dedication and a superior work ethic in the classroom and on the playing field

We are in need of an Equipment/Field Manager as well as an Assistant to the Concessions Manager. The Equipment/Field Manager will serve on our Board and will receive a vote in all board-related matters. The Assistant to the Concessions Manager will not be a voting board member, however, player registration fees will be waived in consideration of the time and effort required of this position. 

“The Equipment/Field Manager is responsible for all Hanover Jr Wildcats Football Inc’s Football equipment. He/she is to ensure that all of the said equipment passes all codes and regulations and is responsible for the insurance that the equipment is organized, clean and presentable. He/she is to organize equipment hand-out, return, and inform the Board of this date. The Equipment Manager is to keep accurate records of all equipment belonging to the Hanover Jr Wildcats Football Inc organization. He/she, is responsible for making sure that all equipment is returned to Hanover Jr Wildcats Football Inc at the end of the Season. The Equipment manager is to inform the Board of any equipment that needs to be ordered or repaired. The Board is to vote on all equipment purchases. Also shall be responsible for all Hanover Jr Wildcats Football Inc’s practice and game fields. He/she is to ensure proper Layout and lining of fields prior to the first games, with continual upkeep throughout the season. He/she is to set up clean‐up crews to police fields immediately following games. Coordinate issuance of field equipment before games and ensure equipment is returned at the conclusion of the games. Coordinate port‐a‐potties for practice fields and game fields as needed. Coordinate disposal/refuse units for game fields. Order and replenish field paint as needed. Coordinate the use of field lining machines. The Field Manger is to inform the board of any equipment that needs to ordered or repaired. The board is to vote on any and all field/practice equipment.”

“The Assistant to the Concessions manager shall assist with the staffing, maintaining, directing and approving the management of the Hanover Jr Wildcats Football Inc. concessions operations.“
